So today i sent out a Flash and Dash Car Cake to a boy who used to attend the same kindergarten as my kids. For the uninitiated, Flash and Dash is a UK Remote Control car game turned cartoon. Since the cake was meant for their intimate family celebration, i decided to do a small round cake with a RC car as a topper.
The car topper was molded out of rice krispies and it was a fantastic idea from the husband to place a platform below the car to give it a boost! : )
Cake was vanilla with oreos filling
