Chicken Rice Cake
Sweet XT dropped us a mail sometime back and was looking for ideas on what cake to present to her boy for his birthday. She threw us with a couple of things he likes and one of them was good ole Singaporean chicken rice, and that was how the idea of a plate of chicken rice shaped cake was born.
