Sweet J dropped us a mail sometime back after getting our contact from some friends. She was planning a big bash for her husband's birthday and got us to make a cake shaped like his favorite ride!
This was another cake where i almost peed in my pants when i saw the picture of what i was supposed to replicate. all the hardware, and machinery looked so iffy to do, i thought i would keel over and die of exhaustion just by looking at it. Turned out not as bad as i thought once i got started, and soon i was kinda breezing through it, even though it took me close to 3 hours just on the engine part.
Cake was red velvet with salted caramel for the engine, and vanilla with cranberry filling for the wheels.
